Chaque fête de l’année est l’occasion pour faire des petits sablés. Ces biscuits, croquants et fondants à la fois, sont un vrai plaisir gourmand.
De la farine, du beurre, du sucre, un oeuf, du sel et de l’eau sont les ingrédient de cette recette ultra simple, qui la classe dans la catégorie des classiques de la cuisine.
Chacun y va de sa créativité pour créer parfois de véritables petites oeuvres originales et gustatives.
Avec mes piètres talents en pâtisserie, les petits sablés me permettent de faire illusion grâce une jolie décoration à base de confiture ou de glaçage royale.
Pour la Saint Valentin, j’ai décidé de faire des petites enveloppes d’amour à la confiture de framboise. J’aime beaucoup l’idée des enveloppes car elles me rappelle ces films américains où les élèves d’une école déposent des lettres dans le casier de la personne qu’ils aiment en secret.
Voici donc ma recette toute simple des sablés enveloppe d’amour de la Saint Valentin.
Pour une vingtaine de sablés :
Préparation : 15 minutes
Cuisson : 15 minutes
Ingrédients :
- 150g de farine T55
- 75g de beurre
- 75g de sucre en poudre
- 1 petit oeuf
- 1 pincée de sel
- Confiture de framboise
Etapes de préparation :
- Faire fondre légèrement le beurre
- Mélanger la farine, le sucre et le sel
- Incorporer le beurre au mélange et presser avec les paumes des mains pour faire du sable
- Incorporer l’oeuf au sable
- Travailler la pâte pour amalgamer le tout et mettre en boule
- Recouvrir de farine et laisser reposer au réfrigérateur pendant 30 minutes couvert d’un linge
- Préchauffer le four à 200°
- Déposer la pâte sur un plan fariné et étaler la pâte au rouleau
- Découper des carrés de 7cm x 7 cm
- Ajouter une cuillère à café de confiture par carré de pâte
- Plier 3 coins de la pâte
- Déposer les sablés sur une plaque recouverte de papier sulfurisé
- Cuire environ 10 minutes et sortir les sablés quand ils ont la coloration blond doré
- Laisser refroidir les sablés sur une grille
- Conserver les sablés dans une boite en métal hermétique
